

Originally from North Carolina, Kaitlyn has worked as a veterinary assistant since 2017 and earned her degree in Biology from University of North Carolina Wilmington. She loves building relationships with pet owners and helping them make the best decisions for their pets.
Outside of work, Kaitlyn enjoys weightlifting, relaxing by the pool, and eating Mexican food. She also keeps busy with her pet Hammy, who is definitely a handful and always keeps life entertaining.

Heather attended Delaware Valley college for Equine Science and Management but ended up landing in small animal veterinary medicine back in 2010. In the many years she has been involved in the veterinary industry, she has worked in General Practice, Emergency, Specialty, and Surgery. Heather has a passion for helping animals and educating owners to be able to provide the best possible care to their fur family members.
Heather has a six year old daughter, a ten year old American Bulldog (named Athos), and a ten year old Thoroughbred named Shotgun Red - who is a retired racehorse! In her free time, Heather enjoys going to the gym, taking her daughter to ride her horse, and spending time with the people and animals that she loves most.

Madelyn is a veterinary assistant with five years of experience and serves as the outpatient orthopedic surgery coordinator for First State Urgent Vet. An avid cat lover, she’s a proud cat mom to Biebs, Beatrice, and Furby. Outside of work, she enjoys cheering on the Eagles, working out, and spending time with her family.

Megan, a Maryland Native, earned her Bachelor of Science in Pre-Veterinary Medicine from the University of Delaware. She has been a veterinary assistant for the past 3 years, but she has been working with animals ever since she was 6 years old. Megan is especially passionate about shelter medicine and brings her compassion to every patient she cares for...especially cats. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her two cats, Iris and Hallie. Fun fact: Megan is the biggest Shrek fan you will ever meet!

Originally from Maryland, Brandi has been working in veterinary medicine for the past 6 years and holds a certification as a veterinary assistant. What she loves most about the field is being able to help people’s pets and support them through every stage of care.
Outside of work, Brandi enjoys reading and crochet and has a full house of beloved pets at home, including a chinchilla named Chilli Bean, who has neurologic issues; cats Thumper, Dexter, and Morgan, who is 70% blind; and dogs Jack and Gideon.
