The Job (What Your Life Actually Looks Like)
We’re open 7 days a week, 10am–7pm.
No overnights. No on-call. Ever.
- Full-time = 3 days per week
- Part-time = 2 days per week
- Rotating weekends (because pets don’t plan emergencies)
You’ll work hard on your days in, and actually have a life on your days off.
What You’ll See
Urgent care isn’t boring, and that’s the point.
- Trauma
- Sick pets that can’t wait
- “This just started this morning” chaos
- The occasional “what IS that?”
We work cases up properly, but we also live in reality. You’ll practice spectrum-of-care medicine, meeting clients where they are without compromising your standards.
What We Have (Yes, All the Good Stuff)
- Full in-house IDEXX lab + Imagyst (because waiting is the worst)
- Ultrasound + digital radiology with fast reads
- Cubex system
- Surgery options (if you want it, not required)
- Visiting boarded surgeon for orthopedics
- Strong ER/specialty referral network
- Fully staffed shifts (4 techs/assistants + 2 CSRs per doctor)
- Doctors who actually like discussing cases

The Payoff

And yes, you’ll be paid well for it.
- $150,000 base + monthly production (no negative accrual)
- Most doctors earn $200k+, high performers $250k+

- 2+ years experience (GP, ER, or urgent care)
- You can move fast and think clearly
- You communicate like a normal human
- You show up for your team
